Rio Martins is an active music producer/sound engineer, radio presenter and Dj who has been perfecting his craft for over the last 20 years. He started his musical journey at the age of 8 when he began attending a Saturday music school in Camden, North London.

He later attained a B.A honours in Music Industry Management with studio production and spent some time living out in the US. During his time at uni, he set up a successful events company that hosted nights which featured performances from artist such as Tinie Tempah, Lethal Bizzle, Ghetts, Donaeo and Skepta to name a few.

He now runs his own a recording studio in North London where he produces, engineers and writes music for established and up coming talent. Also being part owner of a radio station and music management company, Rio has managed to fully immerse his life in his passion.

"No man is an island and we all could do with a helping hand now and then to help us become the best versions of ourselves”.

As well as creating music, Rio also works very closely with young people and schools and for the last 6 years has been running bespoke enrichment programmes that provide delegates with fun interactive means of learning about the world of radio broadcasting and music production.
